We roast in batches of ten kilos. Each origin sits with us for two weeks before it hits the counter. Nothing rushed, nothing wasted.
03 · The counter
Warm brick, aged wood, a brass machine that's been serviced more times than we can count. Bring a book. Stay awhile.
